TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE



1. CONCEPTS


1.1 "Online Shop" means the online shop located at www.coscury.com
1.2 "Customer" means a person who orders or purchases goods from the Online Shop.
1.3. "Business Day" means any day of the week, except Saturday and Sunday and public holidays, which are declared as non-working days in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.4 Personal Data - the Customer's data specified in the Privacy Policy.
1.5 Privacy Policy - a document approved by the Seller, which provides the main provisions regarding the collection, storage, processing and retention of Personal Data and other related aspects when using this e-shop.
1.6 Terms and Conditions - these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, which describe the provisions relating to the purchase of goods in the Electronic Shop.
1.7 Account - the result of the Customer's registration on the Online Shop, which results in the creation of an account where the personal data and order data provided by the Customer on the Online Shop are stored.


2. GENERAL PROVISIONS


2.1 These Terms and Conditions are a legal document to which the Buyer and the Seller must adhere. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the other terms of the contract of sale and the provisions relating to the purchase in the Online Shop. We recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy carefully and make sure that you have understood them before ordering goods from the Online Shop. If you do not agree with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, you should not use the Online Shop.
2.2 To make a purchase from the Online Shop you have the right to:
- Natural persons of legal capacity, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court order;
- minors between the ages of 14 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are self-sufficient in terms of income;
- legal persons acting through authorised representatives;
- authorised representatives of all the persons referred to above.
2.3 By placing an order in this Online Shop, the Buyer confirms that he/she is entitled to purchase goods in the Online Shop.
2.4 The Goods shall be deemed to have been ordered when the Buyer receives a confirmation that the Buyer's order has been placed via the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer chooses to pay for the Goods at the time of placing the order, the order shall commence after the money has been credited to the Seller's bank account.


3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER


3.1.Right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods
The Buyer, buying as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Buyer has taken physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of more than one consumer order and the delivery of the goods is made separately, 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer
