DELIVERY AND RETURNS


PRESENTATION:


Delivery options: to meet your needs, we work with large courier companies and can offer you both standard post office delivery and home delivery by courier.
Delivery time: Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen and the delivery location. Standard delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.
Order processing time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy trading periods or holidays.
Delivery address: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for delivery delays or problems caused by an incorrect address.
Damaged or lost goods: It is rare that a parcel arrives damaged or lost during delivery. In this case, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@coscury.com. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the situation and ensure that your needs are met.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:


Returns and exchanges of goods of unsatisfactory quality shall be made in accordance with the provisions of 29 June 2001. The procedure set out in the new version of Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" (approved on 15 March 2012, No. 4-243) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=420479&p_query=&p_tr2=2) and the new version of Order No 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania "On the Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by Means of Communication" (approved on 23 December 2011, No. 4-959) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=415995&p_query=&p_tr2=2) is as set out in the procedure.


The following conditions must be complied with when the Buyer returns the goods:


The returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;
The goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
The goods must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) (this does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
The returned goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them;
The Buyer may return faulty goods within 14 days of receipt.
The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Article 5.3.
In the event of a return of the wrong Goods and/or faulty Goods, the Seller undertakes to take back such Goods and to replace them with similar suitable Goods.
In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, exclusive of the price for delivery.

How do I return goods via Omniva post offices?

Pack the returned goods and place them in the Omniva post office. (See here for how to prepare the parcel properly.) The money for the returned goods is transferred within 14 working days after the goods are delivered to the e-shop www.coscury.com
